Overview - Invoices
The Invoice feature allows you to receive parts and miscellaneous charges. and make line item parts price adjustments. Invoices can have a document status of one of the following:
- Draft - Invoices with this status can be edited as if you were creating a new invoice.
- Completed - This document status indicates that the invoice has been saved, only a few fields can be edited.
- Posted - The invoice has been exported to your accounting software. You cannot edit an invoice with this document status.
- Voided - You cannot edit an invoice with this document status.
